His beginnings at Cartier
Born on 10th October 1942 at Nantes (France), Alain Dominique Perrin graduated from l’Ecole des Cadres (EDC).
In 1969, after working as an antique dealer, he joined the Cartier Lighter Company as Commercial Attaché, before becoming Managing Director a year later.
In 1976 he was appointed CEO of “Must de Cartier”.
After the merger of this company with Cartier Jewellers, Alain Dominique Perrin rose to the head of the Board of Cartier International and Cartier SA in 1981.
